Central Station Alarm Operator
We have partnered with a local Winnipeg-based company and leader in the safety & security industry to support their search for a new Central Station Alarm Operator to join their team. As the Central Station Alarm Operator, your main responsibility is to process incoming alarms and answer all related incoming phone calls. You are considered our main workforce in the Monitoring Services Department.

Hours of Work
- Full-time includes days/evenings/weekends
- Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm
- Due to the 24/7 nature of this department, flexibility is essential
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years’ Customer Service Experience
- Call Center Experience is Considered an Asset
- Previous Experience in an Alarm Monitoring Station is Considered an Asset
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention is Considered an Asset
