Over the last three decades our depth of business acumen has been accessed by clients to address a variety of business challenges — well beyond services you’d expect from a traditional CPA firm. As our clients’ needs expanded so did our expertise, enabling us to transform into the full-service business consultancy we are today.

Our History
F.H. Black’s roots run deep in Manitoba. In 1950, our founder Francis Henry Black began the company in Port Arthur, Ontario, and later established an office in Winnipeg.
The company was eventually acquired by a large accounting firm, only to be re-established with a renewed energy in 1990 by Francis’ grandson, Harry Black FCPA FCMA.
FHB in its current form has been providing clients with business solutions for over 25 years. We honour our legacy as a locally-owned institution, and remain true to our values of professionalism by giving the same care and attention to every client’s business, as we do our own.
