Are you passionate about making a difference in recruitment and HR consulting? F.H. Black & Company CPA Inc. is expanding its Human Resource practice and seeking an energetic Recruiter & HR Consultant to help revolutionize client care. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide full-cycle recruitment and general HR consulting support to our clients in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as an external consultant, analyzing clients’ recruitment and hiring needs to recommend effective solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client companies, their industries, and workplace cultures.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and negotiating offers.

  • Stay informed on the latest HR trends and best practices, with ongoing professional development.

  • Maintain organized, confidential client records and contribute to the HR team’s goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in recruiting and general HR.

  • Formal HR training, degree, or diploma; CPHR designation or student status is a strong asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
