Susan’s Role
Susan specializes in all aspects of Human Resources and assists a variety of clients in strengthening their team through strategic HR strategies.
From union negotiations to large scale recruitment initiatives, Susan and her team of HR Consultants have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the most challenging areas of human resources. In 2019 & 2021, FHB was recognized for excellence in HR Management by CPHR Manitoba. Susan is also FHB’s Business Development Partner, responsible for driving the growth of the firm.
Susan’s Impact
Susan is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and is an active member of CPHR Manitoba.
In 2024, Susan received the Legacy Award from CPHR Manitoba for her outstanding contributions to the HR profession and commitment to community service.
Susan is also an active volunteer and Board Member in various local non-profit organizations focused on youth homelessness and fitness.
