Opportunity Overview

Our client, a service company located in Winnipeg, MB, is searching for a Quality Control Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Owner, this individual provides a broad range of administrative support to ensure consistent high-quality work standards. The incumbent will work closely with other staff and will be required to rely on proven professional skills, dedication, organization and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Create & maintain quality control assessments based on priority
  • Perform multiple daily quality check-ins, determined by location
  • Communication between staff regarding the results of quality control checks
  • Coordinate meetings with trainers to discuss the results of quality control check-ins
  • Develop strategies with trainers to improve success
  • Assist in the organization of quarterly company events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams & OneNote)
  • Full Stage 5 driver’s license
  • Must possess strong organizational & communication skills

Compensation

  • Company benefits after successful completion of the 4-month probationary period
  • Salary: $27k to 29k per year
  • Use of a company car
