Our client is looking for a reliable, hardworking Claims Intake Administrator/Receptionist join their team!

This role is responsible for being the front line ambassador for the company. The primary responsibility of the Claims Intake Administrator is to ensure the office is open for business during the hours of operation. They will participate in the claim workflow to assist in delivering a high level of quality and service to client.

This opportunity is for a term position, with the possibility of staying on permanently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for opening & closing of front office
  • Responsible for Claims Intake & Distribution of Claims
  • Claims Data Entry as directed by management
  • Operates multi-line telephone system; average of 100 calls per day
  • Answers questions and provides callers with accurate information
  • Welcomes visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Management of meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Provides support for marketing related activities as directed by management
  • Checks and signs for deliveries
  • Manages fax machine, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes
  • Takes customer payments
  • Arranges courier services
  • Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings
  • Assists the management team as directed
  • Orders and maintains office supplies
  • Keeps a record of visitors signing in and out of the building
  • Receives, sorts, and routes incoming and outgoing mai

Core Skill Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, specifically in a receptionist capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrates confidence and maturity
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude with colleagues & clients
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify a problem and develop a solution
  • The desire to produce exemplary quality of work
