Service Administrator
On behalf of our client, a Canadian leader in security and safety, we are actively recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Installations Manager and Project Manager, the Service Administrator will have shared responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of service tickets and projects. Along with management, the Service Administrator will manage a set of service deliveries, which must be achieved on time to ensure all activities in the schedule are completed in time. To overcome certain tasks, the Service Administrator must show initiative and be able to find ways to best adapt situations to provide a successful overall path. Responsibilities
- Managing and scheduling service tickets as they come through.
- Reviewing all service calls daily prior to distribution to the technicians.
- Assisting with the management of the day-to-day workflows, utilization, implementation, and technical consultants engaged on customer assignments.
- Monitoring technician performance of service calls including arriving to calls on time, on call resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction by surveying our customers via telephone or emailed surveys.
- Assisting with maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and project work hours.
- Escalating service issues and dissatisfied customers to Installation Manager.
- Responsible for all service invoicing and inquiries from customers regarding billings.
- Scheduling technical staff and monitoring customer demands as they pertain to staffing.
- Assisting with the rescheduling of service calls when required.
- Undertaking special projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to and manage a constantly changing, dynamic workflow with proficiency and calm.
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence.
- Ability to work independently while still being part of a team.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in computer software programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
