Content Project Manager

Overview

We have partnered with a local Winnipeg based business that provides emergency restoration services to residential and commercial buildings to find a new Content Project Manager to add to their growing team! The Content Project Manager is responsible for attending new content claims to assess the site requirements and meet with the property owner to set expectations for timelines and work to be completed. This individual will need to take site photos, develop a scope of work and work order, assign crews and resources to the site, conduct site visits, providing job specific reports and updates to the Property Owners/Adjusters/Project Managers, and ensure each job task is executed to our highest quality and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS & CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

· Serve as the subject matter expert on all content claims for Homeowners, Insurance Adjusters and all Internal Customers;

· Review new job details with the Project Manager with a focus on content related work to gain an understanding of the job scope and job requirements;

· Perform an initial site visit with the Emergency Project Manager for all complex content claims or large losses;

· Develop all the required Work Orders for all on-site content related activities;

· Coordinate crews for all content claims in partnership with Dispatch;

· Daily communication of job expectations and details with Team Leads and Crews;

· Daily follow up with Team Leads and crews including auditing Contents Track Inventory and review of site photos and DASH notes;

· Ensure the timely generation and submission of the claims Schedule of Loss and Content Inventory to the Insured and Adjuster;

· Request and obtain Authorization for Disposal of all non-restorable content (on-site/warehouse);

· Complete daily audits of DASH & Contents Track to ensure claim action items are followed up on regularly;

· Conduct site visits, ensuring company and insurance company policies and procedures are followed;

· Coordination of content deliveries to the warehouse and receiving activities;

· Coordination of on-site and warehouse disposals of NR contents;

· Arrangement and scheduling of content returns;

· Facilitate Insured and Adjuster visits to the warehouse;

· Provide regular updates and uploads in Xactanaylsis and DASH, including site inspection photos and notes and follow ups;

· Investigate and address all customer complaints promptly and professionally;

· On-site Management of Large Losses.

Financial Management

· Serve as the subject matter expert on all content claims for Homeowners, Insurance Adjusters;

· Regularly review job costs to ensure they are within the budget/reserve provided to the Insurance Adjuster and alert the Emergency Project Manager immediately, should there be any deviations from these budgets;

· Review and approval all sub-trade quotes & invoices;

· Assist the Content Project Coordinator in the development of monthly Production Reports and participation in Monthly Production Meetings;

· Ensure the Content Department meets their monthly billings commitment through diligent follow up of action items and approvals on estimates from Reviewers and/or Adjusters;

· Understanding of the billings and estimating process for the Content Department;

· Regularly review job margins and develop strategies to improve overall profitability;

· Perform post-mortems on low margins jobs and develop corrective actions to improve profitability for future jobs;

· Review and approve all cheque requests for any damaged or missing contents and collect a final release;

Requirements

· Available for on call rotation once every 8 weeks.
